Colton Power Plants

 Colton is comprised of two natural gas-fired peaking facilities totaling 80 MW located east of LA in Colton, CA.  The two facilities, Drews Peaking Plant (“Drews”) and Century Peaking Plant ("Century”) are located five miles apart, in the SP-15 sub-region of CAISO on land leased from the City of Colton of approximately 1.1 acres.  Colton utilizes GE10B1 peaking combustion turbines; each facility comprises four turbines with a nominal output of 10.75 MW.
